what causes someone with type II diabetes to get nose bleeds and they do not have high blood pressure?

Type II diabetes has nothing to do with nose bleeds, unless of course you hit your nose to test your blood glucose level, frequently. For frequent nose bleeds, you may have thin and easily brused blood vessels inside your nose making even the slightest bump, touch, or air movement a cause of the bleeds. If you are really concerned go to a doctor to fix the problem.
