</script></p><p><img src="http://i.ytimg.com/vi/HU-NmoR-yg0/2.jpg" align="left">This is an update.  I talk about what has given me inspiration and motivation (see links below) for weight loss.  I have been following a &#8220;mostly&#8221; raw food diet and tomorrow will start a beginner&#8217;s crossfit exercise program.  I used to weigh 280 pounds and am currenly in the 170&#8242;s, working to my next goal.  </p>
<p>I have type 2 diabetes with bad insulin resistance and have been told I probably have pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome).  I used to take insulin and have been able to stop that.  I also had really high blood pressure, and it now runs low.  </p>
<p>I am working towards improving my health, gaining better fitness, learning better nutrition so I can reach my goals fast.  </p>
