I think they turned … I think they turned it everyday into a positive way . Why aren’t they allowed to show others what goes on into a human with this ilness ? I think this vid shows only a part of the live of an child with diabetes .
I cried when I … I cried when I watched this clip. My 3 year old boy was diagnosed when he was only 18 months old. All kids with diabetes are brave and we hope that there will one day be a cure.
We wish Blake and … We wish Blake and whole family strenght and hope for better future for our little diabetic kids all around the world. My son Eetu was diagnosed almost two years ago in age 3,5 years so battle has been on soon two years.
I wish non invasive and reliable glucose meters for little fingers.. also the cure…
Bless you and your … Bless you and your family Blake! My daughter is now 14 and has been living with Type 1 for over 4 years. She is on a pump and continues to hope for a cure. She has just posted her new video “Let Your Voice Be Heard”. Hopefully with all the stories being posted on here, people will realize how many families are battling this disease. Our family holds out hope for a cure for our family and all the other families like us!

i have diabetes, i … i have diabetes, i got on the 08/08/08, so now the number 8 is my unlucky number.
i live in england but was dianosed with it on holiday in the usa (seattle).we used to live in seattle and the 08/08/08 was extactly 8 years to the day since my sister got it, at the same hospital.
This is an amazing … This is an amazing video .. Blake is very brave ,strong , and beautiful kid .. I have type 1 Diabetes since I was 10 years old and now I’m 19 years ..

What an … What an inspirational video! I was diagnosed with type 1 last year (as an adult) and cannot imagine dealing with diabetes as a child. Blake and all the other kids living with type 1 are my inspiration!

It sure changed our lives although it isn’t the first special needs situation we have faced with our children. Somehow we get through because we have to. This video says it all. Thank you for sharing your life with us.
It sums up exactly … It sums up exactly what they go through every day, and the fears we have as parents for our children. My little boy has had diabetes for almost a year, he is not yet 3, and I am hoping for a cure before it does irrevocable damage to his body!!
