This i sso sad. …
This i sso sad. Sure maybe diabetes is a peice of cake to every other person in the world that doesn’t have it. I’m only 12 years old. Luckily I wasn’t diagnosed to young. I was lucky enough to be 9 years old. But I will always remember the needles, the poke, and most of all, the pain. All my friends say diabetes is so easy, they tell me to stop complaining. But what do they know, they dont even have the disease!

This is so sad I …
This is so sad I can imagine what that little girl is going through since I am Diabetic myself the only difference is that am 17 and she is only a child. If I have a hard time settling with this terrible disease I could imagine how hard it is for that girl.

You definitely …
You definitely shouldn’t let guys like me affect your psychological wellbeing. Is there anything I could possibly do to put you back in the mood?

heymikay, there …
heymikay, there will never be a cure they make too much money off of us I have had this disease for 13 going on 14 years… cure my ass. Just different isulins pumps pens etc… a shorter test strip time…but a cure? hahahaha… i wish… but I doubt we will see it in my life time.

They have been …
They have been singing that Cure song and dance to me for almost 40 years…. Don’t count on a cure because it isn’t coming. People who keep walking and donating to the JDRF and believe that someone will pull the plug on the diabetes money machine have got their head buried in the sand.

it’s true.
:/
…
it’s true.
:/
money hungry companies will do anything to avoid a cure.
they would go out of business.

Reality Check… A …
Reality Check… A cure would mean no more profits from, insulin, needles, blood check strips & glucose monitors, Doctor appointments, and thousands of other things that keep that diabetic money making machine going. There will NEVER be a marketed cure for diabetes…. Somebody shake Mary Tyler Moore for me because she is dreaming…

This sucks, I’ve had it since I was 2. I’m 20 now. But the worst part is, I can’t join the marines and get some with the rest of those lucky bastards out there in iraq and afghanistan, man, fucken bullshit right? Oh, and also I gotta worry about the day when I can’t get wood no more, so I gotta stay on top of this like a motherfucker, can’t have me out here knockin on skirts with a limp dick right? But I’m hangin in over here, I aint gone yet, not for awhile. Peace.

My dad is a type 1…since he was 9. Hes now 45. I know it is stressful..and scary..and feels unfair..But it will be okay. =)
My family manages it..and my dad is very positive. He goes to a great doctor and is having no major problemsn Hes tried all of the methods..and is now taking 4 shots a day.
He played sports all the way through school.
Youve got a beautiful girl!! Good luck with everything along the journey.
